Michael D. Wall - President

michael wallMichael D. Wall, is President and Founding Principal of Wall Financial Group, Inc. and Retire Well, LLC with offices in Pennsylvania and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

The mission of the firm is to "assist higher-net worth individuals and families achieve the goals and objectives that are most important to them by integrating strategies aimed to help them reach their retirement goals. We assist client in gaining clarity in a world of increasing complexity by serving as "Personal CFO."

Michael has been assisting folks entering and already in retirement since 2002. He went to school at Liberty University for business and has achieved several designations in the financial field. Michael is an RFC as well as a past CTC. He has co-authored a chapter in the book "Tax Breaks of the Rich and Famous" and also self-authored "Retire Once Retire Well" which is a simple guide to bring clarity to investors.

Michael has in addition, through his dedication to the industry, had the privilege to share thoughts and advice to a variety of local and national media outlets and continues to have these opportunities when they are looking for advice on different financial topics.

Michael has been a guest on CNBC, FOX Business, WTAJ TV 10 and WJAC TV 6 News. He has also been interviewed for advice on columns in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Smart Money, CNN Money, The as well as others.

 All of these endeavors allow him the opportunity to be selective with the types of higher net worth clientele the firm works with every year. It has been his goal to not only assist clients to protect and grow their wealth, but in addition he sees a great need for advanced-tax planning (ATP) which create strategies to save thousands in taxes on clients’ portfolios.

Michael is happily married to his wife, Samantha since 2001. He enjoys spending time with his son Cyrus, born in November 2007 and his second son Justus, born September 2009 as well as his twins Joel and Jael, born January 2011. He loves anything outdoors, tennis, hiking, camping, volleyball, Golf and many other activities.

Michael is an upstanding member of the National Ethics Bureau and Wall Financial Group is a recognized member of the Better Business bureau. In addition he is on the Advisory Counsel for Life Action, based out of Michigan and the Chair for the Blair County chapter of March of Dimes.

Danielle "Dani" Lassiter - Advanced TAx Planning Director

Rosalita HeverlyDanielle “Dani” Lassiter has been assisting folks with their legal and financial matters since 2009. Dani graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 2006. Thereafter, she attended Stetson University College of Law and attained her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 2009.

During her career at Gunster, Yoakley and Stewart, a prestigious law firm in West Palm Beach, Dani realized that her passion lies with aiding people to think outside the box to when it comes to tax planning. Her extensive research, education and legal background give her the upper hand in creating and implementing strategies that save significant tax dollars for higher net worth individuals.

Dani is the president of Lassiter tax & accounting and the vice-president of Wall , Lassiter and company, P.A.

Dani enjoys spending time with her daughter, Addison. She is a true dog lover and has volunteered countless hours and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Palm Beach County, Florida.


Rosalita Heverly - Director of Operations

Rosalita HeverlyWhen contacting Wall Financial Group, she will be the friendly, yet professional voice handling all of your needs. 
Rosalita serves as our Director of Operations. She is in charge of the preparation of applications and new paperwork.  Rosalita prepares all the necessary paperwork and prides herself in making the transition process as smooth as possible for you.  She is also in charge of the service of client business.  Should you need any service forms completed, she can handle most service requests and is always available during normal business hours. Should you need assistance with withdrawals, beneficiary changes or simple questions, she will be happy to help you

Rosalita has been an integral part of running the operations at the firms.  She has been a great asset for many years and continues to bring new ideas to increase efficiency.  Rosalita is married to Scott Heverly and together they have 2 children, son, Cameron, and daughter, Jaden.  

Rosalita is involved with various ministries in her local church and enjoys spending time helping different community organizations.

Samantha B. Wall - Director of Marketing

Samantha WallSamantha serves as our Director of Marketing.  She is in charge of assisting with and creating marketing pieces that clearly represent the firm as well as helping out with other back office tasks.  Sammie enjoys doing everything she can to offer insight here and there that can help create an even more exciting client experience.

She has been a part of Wall Financial Group almost since the inception in 2002. Sam prides herself on being detail oriented and always being on top of things to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

She currently resides in Duncansville with her husband Michael Wall.

Audrina Pardoe - Administrative Assistant

Audrina PardoeAudrina has been working with Wall Financial Group in one capacity or another for several years now.  She is often the friendly voice when calling the office.  Audrina has a tremendous attention to detail and is someone you can always count on to get the job done right!

She handles and assists with many of the day to day operations as well as taking care of the needs of our clients.
