Nathan Leaman

Sr. Partner & Executive Coach

Nathan is the senior partner and executive coach for Wall Leaman Consulting. He has extensive experience in building systems and tools that support organizational and leadership effectiveness.

His straightforward style, willingness to tackle difficult issues and ability to coach business leaders make him an ideal resource for our varied clients.

Nathan has a bachelor’s degree from the Moody Bible Institute and a master’s from Liberty University. He received his coaching certification from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational effectiveness with some of the largest privately held companies in the United States, he is passionate about helping business leaders achieve their goals.

Nathan is married to Melissa. Together, they have a son, Jordan, who is in college pursuing a business degree, and a daughter, Hannah, who is in high school. He is very involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his family.
